Kanya Pujan Vidhi
- Durgashtami or Ram Navami, on whatever day you want to worship the girl child, first of all worship Maa Durga.
- Then invite the girls for food.
- On coming to the house, make the girl sit on the seat with respect.
- Wash his feet with clean water, worship him with flowers, akshat etc.
- After this, give home-made dishes for food.
- Pudding, gram and puri are made on this day.
- Give dakshina to the girls in the form of Maa Durga after feeding them and take blessings by touching their feet.
